Decisions get audited. The numbers behind them rarely can be.
When a bid, a settlement bill or a flood alert is questioned months later, you have to show what was known when the call was made. AION builds decision intelligence for India's power utilities, disaster authorities and police that keeps that record: every number sourced, every model scored against measured reality each day, and nothing synthetic served.
Every engagement starts with a 45-minute walkthrough on live data. PowerGenie, REDSM and RE-cast then run a free 90-day pilot on your own data.
India's grid runs on a day of 96 blocks, 15 minutes each. Our power products plan, schedule and settle every one of them.
Every figure names the feed it came from and how old it is. A value we do not have prints as a dash, never as a zero.
Example observed, CWC gauge, 07:00 IST
Forecasts are stored exactly as issued, then compared with what the grid, the river or the plant actually recorded.
Example modelled, issued 10:20 IST
When a plain baseline beats a model, the product uses the baseline and says so. The model earns its place back only by beating it.

Plans are stamped when issued and never overwritten. Logs are hash-chained, and a settlement bill can be explained line by line months later.
Products deploy on your infrastructure or ours. Private data sits behind your own proxy, and speech and vision features run inside the browser.
Schedules run on 96 blocks, deviation charges follow the order in force on the block date, and retention is built for the DPDP Act. We claim no regulator's approval.
AION grew out of Quenext Decision Science Technologies, which built forecasting and geospatial platforms for energy, agriculture and earth systems. Quenext's renewable deviation dashboards, built by Awadhesh Kumar, are one of the two lines of work behind AION RE-cast.
Why the patent matters. US Patent 10,468,883, granted in November 2019 to Awadhesh Kumar, now an AION director, and Biswadip Paul, describes a method for optimising energy across a distributed environment of many sources and loads. That is the problem PowerGenie, REDSM and RE-cast work on every 15 minutes: how much to buy, schedule or settle, block by block, across a state's plants and pooling stations. The patent is held by its inventors, not by AION.
Today every AION product is built and operated in India, on AION's own cloud fleet.

We will walk you through it on live data in 45 minutes, including where our products hold back. For PowerGenie, REDSM and RE-cast, the 90-day pilot that follows is free.
